The Cock Robin Forum View topic - It's been 1 year ago today since the last US show!

It's hard to believe that a year has passed since Cock Robin played at The Coach House in San Juan Capistrano, CA. It was a GREAT night for myself, my wife and our daughter as well as all of the other fans that were able to attend the show. We arrived early and were able to meet Peter, Anna, Clive, Pat and Damian before the show. Sometimes "they" say that it's not a good idea to meet your idols because you may be dissappointed, well, no worries here. The whole band was very warm and gracious. They even gave us prereleased copies of the NEW disc " I Don't Want To Save The World"! How great is that?!! Not only is my favorite band of ALL TIME back together, but I will soon be hearing them perform live! It's hard for me to put into words what it was like to be sitting in the front row when the band took the stage. It was incredible to hear all of my favorite songs and to hear the vocal power that Peter and Anna have. They blend so well, in perfect harmony with each other. It was a very uplifting and emotional show for me. After the show all of the fans were invited upstairs for a little meet and greet. I listen to the new disc everyday and LOVE it! I know that Anna is busy being a new mother to Noah and I wish her and her family the best. I am very anxious to see Peter and Anna and the band together again and hear everything that is yet to come!! Thanks to the whole band for giving me and my family a GREAT Lifetime Memory! Obviously, we all hope to get some news of the band soon. Especially about the expected live album.
